At CES 2025, Enchanted Tools shows a Mirokaï that is 80% new: voice activation, detachable arms, new shell and 4 hours of battery life, with a pilot use alongside children in radiotherapy.

### Background At CES in Las Vegas in January 2025, French start-up Enchanted Tools showed a largely redesigned version of its Mirokaï social robot. According to the company, about 80% of the robot changed compared with the previous year's model: new hardware, voice activation and safety improvements. The robot keeps its humanoid-torso-on-a-rolling-base architecture and is positioned both as a practical assistant (hospitality concierge) and as a companion (reducing isolation among vulnerable people). ### Specifications | Item | Detail | |---|---| | Height | About 1.2 m (4 ft) | | Weight | About 26 kg (57 lb) | | Speed | About 3 km/h (1.85 mph) | | Battery life | 4 hours | | Safety | Ring around the base to prevent falls | ### Why it matters Mirokaï illustrates a European path focused on social interaction and healthcare rather than industrial handling. At the Montpellier Cancer Institute, it accompanies children during radiotherapy sessions, where adults are not allowed to stay. ### Key takeaway Enchanted Tools was aiming for series production by the end of 2025.
