Unitree unveils the H2, the full-size successor to the H1: about 1.80 m, 70 kg, 31 joints and a bionic face. The launch video, "H2 Destiny Awakening", shows dancing, kung fu and a catwalk.

What changes

  • The full-size successor to the H1, Unitree's fourth humanoid after H1, G1 and R1.
  • 31 joints for smoother, more human-like motion.
  • The first Unitree with a bionic face.
  • A commercial price around $29,000, aggressive for a robot of this size.

### Background On October 20, 2025, Unitree released the "H2 Destiny Awakening" video and introduced the H2, its new full-size bipedal humanoid. It succeeds the 2023 H1 and becomes the brand's fourth humanoid after the H1, G1 and R1. The video shows it dancing, performing kung fu moves and walking a runway next to a human model. ### Specifications | Item | Announced value | |---|---| | Height | about 1.80 m (180 cm per TechNode, 182 cm per The Robot Report) | | Weight | 70 kg | | Joints | 31, i.e. 19% more than the R1 according to TechNode | | Face | bionic face, a first for Unitree | | Price | about $29,000 commercial version according to The Robot Report | ### Why it matters The H1 chased speed; the H2 chases range and quality of motion. With more joints and a more human appearance, Unitree targets research, reception and entertainment while keeping the aggressive pricing that made the G1 a success. ### Key takeaways The H2 puts Unitree in the large-humanoid segment, against industrial robots from UBTech or AgiBot, at a price well below most full-size competitors. Deliveries followed in 2026, and a research version, the H2 Plus, was announced with NVIDIA in June 2026.
